TRISH: Dancing Queen
I love to dance with makes me perfect for this job. On any given day, you can see me managing the dinning room, answering the phone, taking an order or dispatching a delivery. But once a week after work you’ll find me dancing at a club. It’s fun and it relieves stress. I’m a lifelong southsider, a mother, a wife and a manager in a restaurant I love. I’m also a red headed, blue eyed Sicilian girl who can hold my own with this high spirited restaurant clan and fit right in at the Southside Irish St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
I encourage my guests to slow down and take it easy. This fast paced, modern world is not good for your digestion, not to mention your life! So relax, laugh, breathe and converse with your friends and family. Take the time to enjoy their company and a good meal. The crazy world will still be there when you leave… and I’ll be here when you return!
