My family sticks together or I’ll tear them apart! I admit to using a dash maternal guilt, a pinch of gentle manipulation or a smidgen of loving deception when the end justifies the means – for that matter it’s not beneath me to scream, stonewall or even threaten to rescind my baby sitting services to keep my brood together. But wait – before you start looking me up in a Dictionary of Dysfunction, remember , family business is both gratifying and fulfilling as well as disappointing and painful. So with almost 60 years of “practice,” we know now more than ever that love and trust is the foundation of our success.
